Midstream Processing

Anterra is primarily an oil & gas exploration and development company, but will develop third party midstream processing opportunities in association with pipeline connected oil or gas operations where the opportunity exists.

Anterra operates an oilfield truck terminal, emulsion treating, and produced water disposal facility located in the Breton area of west-central Alberta. This facility has a capacity of 20,000 m3 of oilfield fluids monthly. The plant is connected to the Pembina Pipeline system. Anterra also operates a produced water and Class 1b waste water disposal facility in the Suffield area of southeast Alberta. This facility has a disposal capacity of 20,000 m3 of produced and waste water per month.

Anterra continues to work on the development of new projects including oil and products terminals, processing plants, water disposal wells, gas plants and pipelines and should this business become large enough to stand alone, the Company may consider dividending these assets out to shareholders at some time in the future.
