The Company has acquired a 100% working interest in 26 sections (some of which are held confidentially) in the Abbott area of south east Saskatchewan that are prospective for Bakken and Birdbear oil production.  The Company shot 3D seismic over some of the Company lands.  A significant structure due to underlying salt dissolution has been identified with four-way closure that sets up a Birdbear target.  In addition, the Bakken formation drapes over the Company lands providing a structural component. The structure is expected to provide enhanced flow characteristics in the Bakken and if successful will set up a 30 to 40 horizontal well drilling opportunity.
