DR. GANG FANG, Ph.D.
President & Chief Executive Officer

Dr. Fang has a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in numerical and applied mathematics, respectively, from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China. In 1993, he obtained his Ph.D. in science in coding theory from Eindhoven University of Technology in Holland. In 2002 Dr. Fang was President and Vice President for Tianfa Petroleum Co., Ltd. and Tianfa Investment Holding Co., Ltd. respectively. Tianfa is a well-known petroleum company in China with a staff of over 1600 people. In 2004, Dr. Fang was appointed the Managing Director of Dussmann Property Management Co., Ltd. (China). He managed 1300 employees and was responsible for commercial and organizational management as well as business development. More recently, Dr. Fang was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Oriental Energy Co., Ltd. and the President of Great United Petroleum Holding Co., Ltd. in China. At both companies, he was responsible for implementing corporate strategies, overseeing and directing business development, and networking on an international scale with industry players as well as on a national scale with Chinese government officials.

QIPING MEN, CGA, MBA
Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Men is a well rounded managerial accountant with over 20 years experience in a wide range industries and public accounting firms. He obtained his CGA designation in 2007 and Masters in Business Administration in 2000 from Dalian University of Science and Technology in China. In addition he acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering in 1986 from the Harbin University of Science and Technology in China. Mr. Men has extensive experience as an engineering manager in a manufacturing company for 9 years. He has acquired a solid accounting background in public accounting firms and provides accounting services to private and public oil and gas companies and other businesses.

BOB MCCUAIG, P.Eng.
Vice President Operations

Mr. McCuaig is a professional engineer with a strong operating background in the oil and gas and energy services business. He also has extensive experience as a manager and executive in the transportation, energy, and oil & gas sectors. Prior to joining Anterra, Mr. McCuaig was Vice President, Engineering & Business Development for Anadime Corporation, a TSX listed company. In this role Mr. McCuaig developed skills in business and financial analysis and brings this experience to Anterra where in addition to managing Anterra’s oil and gas operations, he also assists with corporate and asset acquisitions.
