OWEN C. PINNELL, P.Eng.
Chairman of the Board of Directors

Mr. Pinnell is an executive with over 25 years of experience as founder, president, CEO and director of various public and private companies in Canada and the United States. Owen is a mechanical engineer by profession, receiving his engineering education at the Auckland Technical Institute (now ATU) in New Zealand. He is a professional engineer in Canada and has worked extensively in the energy, energy services and technology industries in Canada, United States, England, France, and New Zealand. He was the founder and CEO of Newalta, (NAL) Anadime (acquired by NAL), and more recently Anterra. He has co-founded several Canadian-based public oil and gas companies and is currently a director of California-based companies Zeacom Inc. and Anterra Energy Services Inc. He is a member of Anterra's Environment and Safety committee.

DR. GANG FANG, Ph.D.
President & CEO

Dr. Fang has a Bachelor's degree and Master's degree in numerical and applied mathematics, respectively, from Xi'an Jiaotong University in China. In 1993, he obtained his Ph.D. in science in coding theory from Eindhoven University of Technology in Holland. In 2002 Dr. Fang was President and Vice President for Tianfa Petroleum Co., Ltd. and Tianfa Investment Holding Co., Ltd. respectively. Tianfa is a well-known petroleum company in China with a staff of over 1600 people. In 2004, Dr. Fang was appointed the Managing Director of Dussmann Property Management Co., Ltd. (China). He managed 1300 employees and was responsible for commercial and organizational management as well as business development. More recently, Dr. Fang was the Chairman of the Board and CEO of Oriental Energy Co., Ltd. and the President of Great United Petroleum Holding Co., Ltd. in China. At both companies he was responsible for implementing corporate strategies, overseeing and directing business development, and networking on an international scale with industry players as well as on a national scale with Chinese government officials.

JIM COLEMAN, LLB
Director

Mr. Coleman is a Partner with Macleod Dixon, LLP, Barristers and Solicitors with offices in Calgary, Caracas, Toronto and Moscow. Mr. Coleman specializes in securities and corporate law with an emphasis on international transactions, and is known to be a facilitator and master “deal maker”. Mr. Coleman is a seasoned negotiator and company advisor and is Chairman of Anterra's Compensation Committee.

ROSS DRYSDALE, LLB
Director

Mr. Drysdale is a lawyer and Counsel to the law firm of Burstall Winger LLP in Calgary. He has over thirty years of experience in the legal profession and specializes in corporate and business law with a particular focus on public companies. Mr. Drysdale is a graduate of Mount Allison University (B.A.) and the University of New Brunswick (LL.B). He was admitted to the New Brunswick bar in 1973 and the Alberta bar in 1978. Prior to moving to private practice in 1985, he spent over eight years working as legal counsel for two major oil and gas companies in Calgary. Mr. Drysdale practiced with McCarthy Tetrault LLP, a major Canadian law firm of which he was a partner for 12 years followed by two and half years as a partner with Baker & McKenzie LLP in Calgary. Mr. Drysdale is a director and officer of a number of private and public companies. Mr. Drysdale is a member of Anterra's Corporate Governance and Compensation Committee.

ZHENXIANG HUO
Director

Mr. Huo has been in the petrochemical, logistics, business management and investment industry for over 35 years. He founded Beijing Monarch Lubricating Oil Co., Ltd. in 1999. Its major product “Monarch” lubricating oil has occupied major market share in China. In 2006, Mr. Huo sold the controlling shares of his company to Shell. His company was converted into a joint venture and “Monarch” has become a famous international brand name in the auto lubricating oil industry since then. Currently Mr. Huo serves as Vice Chairman of Shell Tongyi (Beijing) Petrochemical Co., Ltd, Vice Chairman of the China Chamber of Commerce for Petroleum Industry and Managing Director of Alliance Success Holding Group Limited. He is also a Member of the Municipal People’s Congress in Beijing.

HONG LEI
Director

Mr. Lei is one of the top 5 business consulting experts in China and he has been hired as professional consultant by many companies for products promotion, planning and marketing. Mr. Lei founded Wisdom Valley Business Club which has over 4000 members across the country. He is regarded as a “Master of Ideas” in China. With many years of business experience, Mr. Lei can always sense the market demand quickly and find the great potential value of the designed products and projects. Currently he serves as Chairman of the Wisdom Valley Business Club, Chairman of Huaye Zhiyou (Beijing) Mining Corporation and Managing Director of Alliance Success Holding Group Limited.

GARY CHANG, MBA, CFA
Director

Mr. Chang holds an MBA degree from the University of Southern California. He is a CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) Charterholder and a member of the CFA Institute. Mr. Chang has over 10 years of international experience in both the financial and petroleum industry. He has worked with several big securities firms and investment companies in both North America and China, including Prudential Securities Inc. and Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. Since 2005, Mr. Chang has been employed by Great United Petroleum Holding Co. Ltd (GUPC) in Beijing as Vice President in charge of overseas investment and M&A. Currently he serves as GUPC’s Chief Representative in Canada, Vice President of Alliance Success Holding Group Limited and President & Managing Director of Great United Resources Capital Inc.
